Step 1 – Kick off

Within 24 hours of signing up to App4 you can expect to receive a welcome call from our onboarding team so that we can get to know you, and you us. We will outline what will happen, when, and what you can expect from us during the process. We will then arrange a follow up call to run through all the administration bits we need to get you started.

Our aim is to ensure we have everything we need right from the start so that you are free to manage your business and we don’t have to bother you by asking for further information!

Step 2 – Design & Build

Now we know you better and have all the information we need, we can start to create the visual identity for your app and website.  

Our priority is to get you live and trading sooner rather than later, so we begin with the app.

We are proud to say that around 90% of our app and website designs are signed off first time. This is due to the upfront work we do to get to know you and your business needs during the kick-off call.

We want your business to hit the ground running, so we’ll advise you on marketing initiatives to help you build a customer database for future targeted marketing campaigns including exciting links to show off your new platform.

We’ll also make sure that all links on your Google My Business profile are pointing to your own app and ordering once you are ready to start trading.

Step 3 – Installation and support

With App4, you are never left on your own. From start to install we ensure everything is completed to perfection & that you hit the ground running once live. Even after install, you will have a dedicated team who will stay with you working as an extension to your business. We continually look at how all our customers are performing and will tell you where you are doing well and not so well!
